Pineapple/Hemp Nut muffin

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

1 cup Brown Sugar

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tbsp ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Salt

3/4 cup Hemp Hearts (shelled hemp seeds)



add dry ingredients to:

3 large Eggs

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1/2 cup Applesauce

2 tsp Vanilla Exract

2 cups grated Carrot

8 oz crushed pineapple

1 cup Walnuts or Almonds

1/4 Sunflowers seeds

1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

spoon batter into baking cups and fill completely. Bake 25-30 minutes.
